Body Checking Clinic 12U/14U/16U Our Body Checking Clinic is designed to teach young hockey players the essential skills and techniques for safe and effective body checking. This clinic focuses on the fundamentals of body contact, ensuring players understand how to use their bodies responsibly and confidently on the ice.
